What is “Pink Slime”?

While I was researching out the article on Grass-Fed Beef I collected the following articles on the subject of Pink Slime. I don’t have an answer to what it is exactly, but it is interesting reading,
I now look at meat in the Supermarket in a very different way.
That is why I now have a new interest on other type of food, but don’t fret meat lovers. Find your local Farmers Market and your local Farmer. You’ll find “Grass Fed Beef”, a real treat.
Meat lovers unite: Buy Grass-Fed, or Range Fed Beef from your local farmer.
